1. Object Pronouns
are words used in place of your name
words or nouns that receive the action or
that comes after the action word.
2. • We use the pronoun me for the person who is
speaking.
Example: My mother gave me a slice of cake.
• We use the pronoun you for the person you are
speaking to.
Example: Aunt Hilda gave you(Angel) a birthday
card.
She also gave you a photo of us.
3. •We use the pronoun him for a male noun.
Example: My father brought my brother to
the park.
My father bought him an ice
cream.
4. •We use the pronoun her for a female
noun.
Example: Mother kissed my sister on the
cheek.
Mother was glad to see her.
5. •We use the pronoun it for a singular
noun, or one object, animal, or place.
Example: Lilly gave the letter to her mom.
Her mom sent it to Marie.
6. •We use the pronoun them for plural
nouns, or more than one persons,
objects, animals, or places.
Example: Marie met Luke and Olive in
school.
