3. Private Sharing
Sharing of reports & dashboards with one or
more persons' email addresses. The shared
users need to login to Zoho Reports to access
the shared reports/dashboards
Step 1: Log in and choose the reports to share
Step 2: Specify the email addresses
Step 3: Specify user permissions
Step 4: Send the sharing invitation mail
Step 5: Accessing the shared reports
4. Step 1: Log in and choose the report to share
Step 2: Click on 'Share' and choose the
'Share this View to New Users' option
5. Step 3: Specify the email addresses
for sharing. Click on 'Next'
6. Step 4: Choose the permissions to be granted. Customize
the email message to be sent for sharing. Click on
'Share'
7. Step 5: Accessing the Shared Report(s)
The shared user logs into
his/her account and clicks
'Shared to Me' tab.
It lists the reporting
database shared to the user
Clicking on the database
brings up only the
shared reports alone
8. Group Sharing

by creating a 'Database Group'.
This group is created at the Database level
(each database can have one Database Group)

14. Multiple Database Owners
Such a role allows a user to do all operations as
the administrator (owner of the
account), except renaming & deletion of the
database
Step 1: In 'Explorer' tree view, click
'Add/Edit Database Owner'
Step 2: Specify Database Owners to be
added, customize invite email and click
'Add'
18. Making View(s) Public
Views can be made public
from either of the 'Share'
menus - in the particular
report or from the
'Explorer' view
19. Clicking on 'Make Public' makes the view
accessible by anyone from a public URL without
login
20. You can choose to list the reporting database in
'Zoho Reports Public Databases' page
21. If chosen, it'll be listed in Zoho Reports'
