Safety
We will ensure that we will be careful around the wires not to trip over them and
keep wires and other objects tidy and out the way.
We will have no food or drink near the equipment in case of spillage that could cause
an electric serge.
Tuck our bags and other belongings under the table so that we don’t trip.
Description of the audio soundtrack
There will be light music in the background creating a friendly atmosphere. Over the
top we will have a lady talking to make people feel welcome.
