This document summarizes a 2-day professional development workshop on developing practical negotiation skills. The workshop will take place on June 30-July 1 from 9am to 5pm at one of three venues: Furama Riverfront, Holiday Inn Atrium, or Riverview Hotel. The fees are S$800 per participant and S$750 for additional participants. Participants who complete the workshop will receive a certificate of completion accredited by the World Certification Institute. Financial support may be available through the Workforce Development Agency or Skills Development Fund grant. The workshop will help participants transform into effective negotiators through presentations, interactive sessions, and group discussions covering various negotiation strategies, tactics, and skills.

Certification
Participants who have completed the 2-day
workshop successfully will be awarded the
“Certificate of Completion” by SIPMM.
These certificates are fully accredited and
recognised for competency points towards
attaining the Credential Awards granted by
World Certification Institute (WCI).
Applying WDA Funding
WDA Support Funding is available for the
above workshops subject to any changes
on funding policy requirements of WDA.
Company-sponsored applicants may apply
for the Skills Development Fund (SDF)
grant as well as the Productivity &
Innovation Credit (PIC) scheme and
enjoy 60% Cash Payout or 400% tax
deduction from the government under the
Enhanced PIC scheme.
To apply for SDF funding, companies can
login to SkillsConnect via the website at
www.skillsconnect.gov.sg to submit the
training grant application for their
employees within the stipulated period.
Workshop Overview
