 You need to do hair spa , manicure , pedicure and body
spa.
with the end of week our skin and hair become
malnourished, dry and damage .
This will cure your whole week tension , your body
.will feel relax ,give new shine to your skin.

WAKE UP EARLY
 Deep massage your hair with warm oil .
you can use mixture of olive and castor oil

 Steam your hairs so that the oil can deep penetrate.
For this u need to put towel in a boiling water then
wrap it around your head.
Wait for 1 – 2 hours
(do your manicure and pedicure in between)

7. …………For manicure and pedicure you need to follow these
steps:
Take a bucket fill half with warm water, put 3 drops of
any of fragrance oil, one lemon, one spoon salt. Put
your hand and leg in it for at least 15 min. Then scrub
your hand and feet then massage it with any of the
cream of your choice, apply pack wait for it to dry,
wash it and apply moisturizer. (Time required 1 hr).
Now prepare a body scrub, so take a bowl add 2 spoon
of sugar, 1 spoon coffee powder, 1 lemon, 1 spoon of
olive oil, 3 drops of fragrance oil, mix them well.

8. …..
Now it’s the time to take shower and body spa…
So first scrub your body nicely, wax or shave if
required, then take steam if available or leave then
take shower , apply shampoo to your hair and then
apply deep conditioner.

Dry your hair and body then apply hair pack according
to your hair type, leave it for 1 hr.
You can cook your yummy lunch in
this 1 hr.

After 1 hr wash your hair and apply live on conditioner.
So… now have lunch and take a deep sleep for at least
2hrs.
Now wake up, feeling fresh….

 Now quickly clean your face with face wash or massage
it with cleansing milk for 5min, then scrub your face
for 5 min, wash your face with clean water, take a
massage cream and massage your face for at least
10 – 15 min, wipe with wet tissue or cotton or towel
whatever you have. Then apply face pack of your skin
type. After half hr wash it off with plain water and
apply moisturizer.
