• Project Detail:
• Developed a real time network performance monitoring
system to measure around 430 KPIs of a telecom network.
• The system was also used to identify top worst performing
cells and display relevant analytics.
• These analytics were transferred to site support team to
carry out the necessary maintenance operations.
• Previously, the company was using Microsoft Excel to
manually produce analytics and monitor the KPIs of the
network. This manual approach was time consuming and
subject to human error.
