The app records call details like number, contact name, duration and adds it as a task to the CRM. It can also record calls and save the audio files to the user's Google Drive. The app guides users to select the contact or lead from their CRM to attach the call log to. It also lets users configure settings like login credentials and how call data should be saved.

3. Call Tracker for Insightly CRM
This is exactly what you need to work effectively
with Contacts and Leads. The main function is to
add calls to Insightly directly from your
smartphone. All information about the call
(number, contact name, duration and other
additional data) will be added to your CRM at the
end of the call. Also, you can set up the call
recording function and call records will be sent
to your Google Drive.
