I acquainted with Mr. Tao during the period when he interned in our company from 06/12/2014 to
08/12/2014. As his immediate supervisor, I can clearly recommend his delightful personality and
outstanding learning ability and strong ability of organization in his work. In the beginning, he was
assigned to work on some simple financial tasks. Later, because of my trust and his well performance,
he was distributed to take part in the whole process of credit customer’s pre-loan investigation, review
in loan, risk assessment, post-loan inspection and risk monitoring. At that time, we were busy with
dealing all kinds of things and were planning to the new programs, because of his earnest attitude and
high efficiency towards work, we greatly improved our work efficiency and became relaxed under his
influence. Moreover, he could deal with many things simultaneously and showed excellent
performance in his work. It is fortunate that one owns patience and high efficiency by nature while
most people form it through study and work. He really does a decent work by this point.
In addition, Mr. Tao is a bright and helpful employee who is always willing to assume responsibility
and work independently with his analytical skills. When he just came to our department, coincidentally,
two employees were transferred to support the foreign projects, so Mr. Tao should not only complete
his own work, but also undertake some extra tasks from the two employees. Initially, I thought that he
was just a newcomer lacking of firm professional knowledge and practical ability. However, to my
surprise, he was quickly familiar with all sorts of business without any barriers and difficulties. This
