• Note: a lot is an adverb not an adjective of quantity
and never comes before a noun.
• For example you can say I like watching TV a lot.

habits
 Do you like sweet/ savoury food?
 How much/ how many (……………) do
you eat every day/week/month…etc
 Do you like (……………)?
 I don’t like (…………).
 I eat/drink (……….)(few/little…etc) a
day/month/week…etc
 Yes I do like sweet/savoury food.
 No I don’t like sweet/savoury food
