people do in other countries.“

Wedding Ceremonies: Wedding customs vary widely across cultures.
For instance, in Indian weddings, the bride and groom participate in
several rituals like exchanging garlands, applying vermilion (sindoor), and
walking around the sacred fire seven times (saptapadi) as part of their
vows.
Courtship:
Japanese Omiai: This is a traditional Japanese custom where potential
partners are introduced by a matchmaker. The individuals and their
families meet in a formal setting to determine compatibility for marriage.
Seasons:
Holi Festival in India: This is a spring festival known as the "festival of
colors" where people throw colored powders and water at each other,
celebrating the arrival of spring and the triumph of good over evil.

  1. n my country, we celebrate some of these holidays, like New Year's Day and Valentine's Day. We also have other special days and festivals, such as Independence Day and Thanksgiving. My favorite holiday is [insert your favorite holiday], because [give a brief reason why it's your favorite]. In China, we celebrate some of these holidays. Chinese New Year is a big one for us, and it's a time when families come together to celebrate. We also have Children's Day when kids are given special attention, and we celebrate the Chinese Valentine's Day, which is known as Qixi Festival. Additionally, we have other special days like the Mid-Autumn Festival and the Dragon Boat Festival. My favorite holiday is the Spring Festival, which is the Chinese New Year. I love it because I get to spend time with my family, and we have delicious food and give each other lucky red envelopes.
