JOB DESCRIBTION
Responsible for all calls and mail and regarding building maintenance, housekeeping, bus
service, cab service, library, security, space management and assigning of complain category
of all departments.
 To ensure all calls and emails are answered promptly.
 Handling general queries of employees regarding facilities and services.
 Working on software to Clarify for Ticket Management for client services.
 Escalating issues to the relevant people if you cannot resolve them.
 Coordination with different department for smooth operation within facility ensuring
completes the complaint in SLA time for prompt response to our client.
 Opening, closing and logging of all calls and Tickets.
 Provide dailyandweeklyreportonexcel.
 Provide reportsona regularbasisand as requested.
 Prepare MonthlyManagementReport.
 Take Employeesfeedbackonfacilities&Services(like,ACtemperature onfloor,Cleanliness
