I am an administrative assistant skilled in all aspects
of office operations including answering phones and
greeting customers, word processing documents
with a high degree of accuracy, maintaining
computerized databases, and organizing efficient
filing systems. I have strong computer skills,
especially with Microsoft Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint. In my last position I supported three
managers at the same time so I really learned how
to set clear expectations, manage my work flow and
balance multiple priorities. Co-workers and
supervisors tell me they like to work with me
because of my positive "can-do" attitude.
