konsumen menitikberatkan kepada pelayanan pelanggan secara SMART (Simple,
Meauserment, Achieveable, Reliable and Time), Kemudahaan, Hasil yang terukur, dapat
dicapai dan realistis dalam satuan waktu proses yang optimal. Menjadi fitur kunci dalam
mengelola B2C adalah pelayanan dan kemampuan perusahaan untuk melihat keinginan
pelanggan. Kemudahan perusahaan untuk selalu adaptip dengan kebutuhan pelanggan

• Penyedia Jasa Moda Angkutan / Distribusi barang : trucking, MA, LCT dan Shipping;
• Penyedia Jasa Alat Berat Pendukung : Forklift, Crane, Kalmar, Gantry Crane,
• Penyedia Jasa Warehouse : Konsolidasi Umum dan TPS.
Untuk Penyedia Jasa Warehouse Konsolidasi Umum dan TPS, PT XYZ merencanakan
membangun di kota kota besar yang memiliki pelabuhan samudra besar seperti : Jakarta,
Semarang, Surabaya, Aceh, Medan, Padang, Samarinda, Tarakan, Manado, Ambon Maluku
dan Jayapura Papua.
