 Reference checks

 Observation of disciplinary hearing
 Observation of warnings issued
 Taking minutes in disciplinary hearing
 Workplace Forum meeting
 Discussion of amendments to policies
Training and Development
 Telephone enquiries for training
 Trained on card skimming
 Training needs questionnaire
