Data Analyst

1. I am a graduate of University of Florida
majoring in the Information Systems and
Operations Management, Business Intelligence
Track. I have been a trained professional data
analyst for years. I master the essential skills of
PC applications of Microsoft and Mac OS.
I worked as a data analyst to manage a database
for the company’s Customer Center. My main
responsibilities are: checking the data storage
devices and the operating systems run on it,
getting rid of bugs, and writing the reports of
system maintenance. I need to react to issues
and emergencies immediately and used to be a
silver bullet to the problems and always deliver
excellent quality work.
As the team-leader of the Shanghai Innovation
Project, I managed and manipulated the whole
project with the Microsoft Project - Professional
2010.In a quite fast pace, I need to communicate
with the customer representatives and release
their different confusion and issues. Multiple-

2. task project is my favorite thing. I am able to
provide effective solutions organizationally and
keep a positive attitude towards the customers’
desire successfully.
