I will admit I am guilty of this. Many people will not admit to this. Many will just assume things and cave into the stereotypes the rest of the world
believes. People will judge others because of who they are, what they love, or their beliefs. The first amendment does clearly state we have a
freedom of speech but why does this have to be used as a negative asset? We could use it as a tool instead of a weapon, used to criticize another
being. People have started to believe in stereotypes again with a trust so great, that I will never be able to understand it. Blinded by these ideas they

Education in Japan is payed by the government for primary school and middle education and anything before and after that must be paid for by the
parents. There is nine years of schooling by the government for public school for free though private schools must be paid for. Then secondary school
must be paid for and even though high school must be paid for 94% for students continue onto high school. (Japanese Education)
United States of America Education in the United States has a three to four schooling system where a child starts in Elementary school and ends
in High school with a 97% literacy rate (United States Press). Parents can enroll their child into a child care or a preschool program, there are some
programs that make child care free if not reduced but child care cost to the parents, though if they go into a preschool program it is free paid for by
the government, though going to child care or a preschool program is not a requirement it is highly recommended that children go to at less
preschool. Then a child will start Elementary school which starts when a child is about five. Though in some states it is not required for a child to go

Equality in America Equality is something Americans strive to provide and maintain. It has become an integral and necessary part of our mosaic
culture. Even now to the point that when people think of America, they naturally think of freedom and equality. People of many different races,
disabilities and creeds have come to the United States seeking the impartiality upon which this country was founded. The institutions of this country

Personal desires and convictions materialize the peoples' need for equality. In the first paragraph of the Declaration of Independence, it relates that
when a country chooses to break ties with her government, a justification is called for. The next section suggests the basic human rights that the
founding fathers believed every government should allow their subjects. "…We hold these truths to be self–evident, that all men are created
equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to
secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed…."(Jefferson 428)
Giving the citizens these basic rights would allow everyone the chance to achieve above their born status, and to strive for whatever might give them
happiness. Though term was yet to be coined, these rights give birth to the "American Dream." The bulk of The Declaration is specific in making
complaints to and about King George the III. All the complaints are in violation of some basic right or another. The Declaration of Independence in
essence says to England, "we are free men, and potentially a great nation, we will not be restricted and bound by your unjust and inhumane laws any
