Russian history is full of many wars and conflicts throughout its existence; however, one of the most controversial conflicts in modern history is the
Russian Revolution. Russia was under imperial rule and led by Czar Nicholas II. He was often referred to as a dictator, and after years of oppression,
the people of Russia began to rebel. During this time, the Russian government was exposed and weak, thus resulting in the severely neglected
Bolsheviks seizing power. Soon after the Russian Revolution concluded, the communist party established the Soviet Union. Similarly, in George

The most notable similarity between the Russian Revolution and Animal Farm is the form of government established after the revolution by those who
are oppressed. After the Russian Revolution occurs a communist government is established. Communism focus on the principles of everyone equally
sharing in the wealth created by labor, and that all people are equal. Animalism has almost identical principles in which each animal shares the crops,
food, etc. created by labor, as well as all animals are to be treated equally. Secondly, both communism and animalism are extremely susceptible to
corruption. For example, in the system of communism there is a single leader, or small group, over the state, which controls all government affairs as
well as the economy. With a single person in control of the economy and government corruption occurs due to the fact that there is no accountability for

Communism is one of the worst forms of totalitarianism, which is a form of government which tries, or does control every aspect of life.
Communism is one of the worst due to many believing it will "free you from oppression". This book, though it was written in 1954, is still relevant

An allegory is a narrative story with duel level of understanding. We got the word 'allegory ' from the Latin word 'allegoria '. First, there is the plot of
the story. Then there is a representation which inscribes an indication of the surface presentation. Theallegory symbolically can be means as historical
or philosophical, poletical or religious. Allegories are like massive metaphors, but they usually come in narrative form, i.e they are told through stories.
In an allegory authors generally use their characters, settings and plot to entertain, while simultaneously delivering a moral, lesson or even a
commentary on big concepts like religion, institutions and the government. For example a story about aliens who find themselves isolated and alone in
a strange new world can be an allegory for what immigrants experience in a new countries.
There is one way to think about allegories i.e. as extended metaphors, or comparisons, between two things, usually regarded as unalike. Since they are
intended to make big concepts much more accessible, allegories are not always obvious.

The symbolic allegory Animal Farm, written by George Orwell, is based around the Russian Revolution and everyone's hunger for power. In
Animal Farm, the animals rebel against Mr. Jones and demand freedom from the hard, stressing life on the Manor Farm. One of the main
antagonists, Napoleon is cruel, unfair, and corrupt. The farm would have operated perfectly if Napoleon was not the leader. First of all, Napoleon is
