constraints of conducting business globally.

Tips for Effective Case Writing
An effective case analysis has three parts: (a) in the introduction, you
need to have three elements—a statement of the strategic issue being
addressed in the case, your answer or response to the issue, and how you
will prove it. By the end of the introduction, the reader should know
what the strategic issue is, what your position is regarding the issue, and
how you are going to prove or substantiate your position; (b) in the body
of your paper, use each paragraph to make a specific point supporting
your position. Keep tying each paragraph back to the issue. Do not lose
your way by simply reporting data. Make each paragraph purposeful.
Identify the point you are making and how it substantiates the issues you
have defined for the case. Detail your explanations and clearly show
how they prove you are right relative to the position you are taking on
the issue in the case; (c) the third portion is the conclusion. Simply sum
up how you proved your position statement or arguments to be correct
relative to the issue and recommendations you are supporting.
