has worked directly with me for 2 years and has been an outstanding employee. He is one
of the most attentive surgical technicians I have ever worked with. He always anticipates
my needs and has equipment and resources ready ahead of time, making our surgical
days very efficient. I always look forward to operating with him because of this. Bill’s
interpersonal skills with our patients and with other employees are always exemplary. He
puts the patients at ease with humor, but is always professional in answering their
questions or deferring to me.
I was very sad to hear that Bill was leaving us for a better opportunity. He will be
