● Managed two on campus halls with over 700 residents and their financial needs, as well as
facility needs. Managed a 12 person staff of residential assistants and developed community
within the residence halls.

● Assisted in hiring format, as well as training development at Tarleton State Universities
Residence Life program. Additionally, functioned as a resource for the students at Tarleton in
regards to academics, advising, and support.

● Worked in conjunction with the staff director on both proposing and seeking funding for an
aquatics center for the university. Assisted in all things involved within the recreation center.
