2. EXECETIVE SUMMARY
IsiqaloComminityProjectorganizationis anonprofitagencyprovidingsupportandmentoringprogramsforthe secondary schools, unemployedand
disabled(blindandshortsighted) Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality.The programwill form partnershipswithlocal school districtandsuitableand
relevantstakeholders. IsiqaloComminityProjectistoinfluence acommitmenttoyoungthatwill promote social solution,stronginterpersonal skill,and
reasserta sense of hope in the future.Only throughindividualresponsibletoreestablishthatwill giveyouththe commitmenttofollowthroughonpathto
adulthoodwithasense of pride andaccomplishment.
Through repeatedfailuresandinfustructure of the unemployed,withinthe socio-economicchallengesanddevelopmentof destructive habits,at–riskare
the youngpeople withoutwhomhave lostinfaithinthe possibilitieswhentheyare successfulinputtingtheirlivestogether.Toaccomplish thisgoal,young
people disabled mustbe computerfriendly, educatedanddedicatedin seizingopportunities inthe learningenvironment thatpromotestheirbesteffort
and restore Ubuntu.
IsiqaloComminityProjectorganizationwasestablishedasa response togrowingthe numberof youngpeople unemployed,failingorblindthroughthe
cracks withinthe communitiesorare enlarged,with moral degenerationissuesandsome are alreadyengagedinthe drugactivities.Ourgoal is to identify
youthswhoare goingto have drastictransitiontoadulthood andofferpositivesupportsystemtoavoidthe downfallsthatcandestructtheirlife.The focus
isslightlydifferentateachlevel butthe goal remainsthe same,aswe continue learningthroughedutainment.
IsiqaloComminityProjectorganizationwill primary focusonthe unemployedand(shortsighted orblind) youththe age groupisparticularlya problemand
a perfectmentortobe effective . ISCorganizationwill continue todevelopedutainmentprogramsthatwill benefityoungpeople notonlymorallyand
society,butacademically.
In the comingfuture IsiqaloComminityProjectwillintegratesocial life andcreate alearningenvironmentthatwill be valuable resource tothe youngpeople
aspiringmentorsandthe communityat large.
IsiqaloComminityProject aims to provide powerful learningthat will equipboth individual andbusinessownerswith the practical skill in needto grow
companiesand dissolve social issues.

The organizationmainobjectivesare to:

II. To developandempoweranAfrican Humanity,tobe a responsiblecitizen,thathasa sense of belonging andpotential toseizeopportunities.
III. To ensure thateveryone have the basicneedsshelter,food,Educationandrights.
The secondaryobjectivesof the organization are to:
i. To be a vehicle people with skillstotheirgreaterpotential.
ii. To create a conductive environment thatallowsustocapacitate an AfricanHumanityandto partnerwithdifferentstakeholdersfightingpoverty,
vulnerable andburdenof diseasesinourcommunity.
iii. To enhance people withskill totheirgreaterpotential.

IsiqaloComminityProject practitionersare to provide powerful learningexperience thatwill equipbusinessownerswiththe practical skill they needto
grow their companiesand serve social renovationthrough partnership with all relevantstakeholders.

I. We have establishedastrongrelationshipwithall the unemployedforumsandrelevantstakeholderswithinourcommunities.

Deskofficestobe responsible citizenthathasa sense of belongingandthe potential toseize opportunities.
