On May 3rd and 4th of 2016, I had the chance to participate in recording Every 15 Minutes. I
had to arrange a ride over to Ellsworth High School for this shoot. This shoot had taken two days
to complete. I say it was an emotional experience. The mock accident had felt extremely real. I
had basically had a GoPro strapped to my chest during this timeframe. I’ve gone up really close
to the cars. The GoPro had caught a lot of the accident scene as well as the death notifications.
For the day one video featured on Ben Speed’s Youtube page, the GoPro I used was also used for
part of the courtroom scene. I couldn’t believe the others used my footage for the courtroom.
Once the courtroom scene was complete, the group I was with headed back to Hancock County
Technical Center to edit the shoots we had taken. I edited the GoPro footage. On the disk given
to all the participants, my work is labeled as GoPro on the main menu.
