efficiently,maintainingalevel of productivitythatwentwellabove the quotasthathadbeensetforth

At times,Mr.Cox wasexpectedtotake charge of small crewsthatbroke off from the mainforce
of the projectto workremotely.AtsuchtimesMr.Cox exceledatmotivatingthose whoreportedto
him,delegatingthe responsibilitiesof the workers,andreportingnecessaryinformationtohis
supervisors –all while continuingtomeetandexceedthe quotasthathadbeensetoutfor him.The
divisionof workthathe was leftincharge of was completednearlyaweekaheadof schedule.
Mr. Cox wouldsurelybe avaluable assettoanywork force,as he isa veryfastlearner, an
