and process compensated resonance methods. Served as corporate cold heading and cold extrusion expert. Developed

1995-2012: Senior Process Development Engineer, Delphi Steering /Nexteer Automotive Systems
Developed cold heading, forging and extrusion tools for new parts including inner tie rods and tie rod housings; upper
and lower tilt yokes ; steering shafts; tripot and cross-groove outer races. Refined, validated and launched orbital cold
forming process for variable ratio rack teeth. Managed a $4 M project to move two 2000 Ton warm form presses and
associated equipment from Athens, Alabama to Saginaw Michigan.
