July 2008 – Present (Hospitality & catering Manager) 
After successfully earning a promotion to this role, after 4 years as the Head chef. I updated the whole catering and 
coffee shop department and gained increased sales. I installed a cashless system with Epos. My key successes 
with this role was in conjunction with the Adidas wellness team, winning Britain’s healthiest workplace & company 
2013 & 2014. I also gained an insight to the whole facilities department and a real understanding on multi services 
of the department, soft and the hard side. And a level 3 pass in health and safety training, fire safety, tendering 
contracts, business continuity planning and cleaning.

to bring the Unit up to standard regarding cost per head, menu planning, work-temp charts, health and safety and
