Subj: LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION IN THE CASE OF WHITNEY V. EARLS
1. I have the privilege of recommending Whitney V. Earls for future
employment with your company. Starting on July 6, 2010, I have been
Whitney's Company Commander and have had the opportunity to directly observe
her on a daily basis. Whitney's performance is always above and beyond the
call of duty; she puts forth extra effort to get even the most difficult jobs
done in a timely manner. Whitney quickly established herself within our
organization as a solid leader that those junior to her came to for advice
both on and off duty. As a Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) within the company
Whitney always demonstrated extraordinary leadership, and continued to uphold
the values of Honor, Courage and Commitment.
2. While deployed to Afghanistan, Whitney was put in a position
that was above her rank, knowing her strong character and excellent decision
making abilities we knew we could trust her with the added responsibility.
Whitney performed admirably and was seen as one of the "go to" Marines within
our company. Her to work independently and think outside of the box
allowed our company to always accomplish the mission. I can easily state that
Whitney will be an asset to any organization that she is a part of, no matter
where she is she will always perform to a high standard and can be trusted to
complete any task assigned.
3. Whitney was known for being a very respectful and dedicated Marine within
our organization. Her ability to get the most out of the Marines in her
by the and looking out for their welfare allowed her
to make her section one of the best within the company. It is with
pleasure that I recommend her for any position within your company.
