1. I have the of recommending Whitney V. Earls for future
employment with your company. Since January 12, 2010, I have been Whitney's
direct supervisor, and have had an opportunity to personally observe her
performance on a daily basis. Whitney presents herself as a true
She demonstrates extraordinary leadership, and is the primary
reason for the personal and success of those Marines in her
charge. She constantly demonstrates terrific initiative and sound
leadership. Her can-do attitude is contagious and is felt by all
around her.
2. While Whitney has certainly set an outstanding example in accomplishing
any mission, her trademark is the ability to think and act independently.
Her excellent initiative and organizational skills were well utilized in all
tasks. I can unequivocally state that she will be a tremendous asset to any
