 Proceed with the planning of a WHO investment round
for the last quarter of 2024
 Present a report with a full plan that includes modalities
and anticipated costs and efficiencies (…) for Executive
Board consideration and approval
 Include an evaluation element (…) prior to consideration

 Develop a target funding envelope for the WHO
investment round (…) to deliver the draft Fourteenth
