PROJECT PARTICIPANTS
- 28 nm project: A block with 45 memories (macros) and about 700.000
standard cells, frequency 1GHz. Done in 3 weeks,
- 16 nm project: FINFET+ with really tight with placement constraints,
20000 cells, 15 macros, 1.2 GHz. Done in 3 weeks.
- Thesis: Build a program to optimize cost of operation of microgrid.
- Build website for Christmas Celebration.(First year in university)
- Build a tool with java language to compress and decompress bitmap
image with theorem cross-point totality.(Third year in university)
- Code with matlab software to process sound signal with many effects
(vibrator, echo, 3d effect…).(Third year in university)
- Improve an application on Android OS to help users learning
English.(Fourth year in university)

2. - Learn about semiconductors (CMOS, DTMOS, MOSFET…) and how to
manufacture one on them, simulate in TCAD software.(Fourth year in
university)
- Do some steps in IC design flow in a real project when intern at Renesas
Vietnam.
