States” ONLY for deceptive purposes) have been NOTIFIED of the most recent TERRORIST attacks – i.e. ACTS OF
TERRORISM – and WAR CRIMES that have been LAUNCHED AGAINST the Utica International Embassy

International Embassy’s Interim Prime Minister Vogel Denise Newsome was subjected to TWO (2) more VICIOUS
TERRORIST and LIFE-THREATENING Attacks as the USA’s TERRORIST Arm (Law Enforcement, etc.) of its
Government is going about setting up UNLAWFUL Roadblocks that are NOT only PROHIBITED under the Laws
of the USA but that of INTERNATIONAL Laws! UNLAWFUL Roadblocks which from our research have been
DEEMED as THREATS to the USA’s Homeland Security! In fact, the UIE has found where the USA’s Legal
Counsel (Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz) is involved in a Lawsuit representing Plaintiffs being

(1) On 07/23/2018, an UNLAWFUL Roadblock was set up in the United States of America’s
STATE OF MISSISSIPPI in the TOWN OF UTICA, Mississippi at which time Interim
Prime Minister Vogel Denise Newsome’s (“IPM Newsome”) and others TRAVELS were
being STOPPED and/or OBSTRUCTED by the “BLACK” Members of a WHITE
Supremacists TERRORIST Cell (i.e. as the Ku Klux Klan, etc.) “DISGUISED” in Utica
Police Department Uniforms seeking Driver’s Licenses. IPM Newsome out of Courtesy
provided her TRAVEL Documentation. Newsome’s Travel Documentation was
UNLAWFULLY detained and, TO DATE (07/27/2018) has NOT been returned. Recorded

Moreover, to allow UIE Officials/Citizens/Supporters to PROCEED in that their Vehicles are
PROPERLY and LAWFULLY IDENTIFIABLE:
(a) UIE LICENSE PLATES
(b) UIE TRAVEL DECAL
and they are TRAVELLING with their Legal and LAWFUL Travel Documentation:
PLEASE BE ADVISED: That the USA’s Government
(STATE/FEDERAL/CITY/TOWN) Officials were provided with information
and TIMELY and PROPERLY requested to have information regarding the
UIE DISTRIBUTED to their LAW ENFORCEMENT Agencies and
Officers/Employees, etc. For instance, in the STATE of Mississippi, the UIE
went a little further – out of COURTESY and the ABUNDANCE OF
CAUTION – to NOTIFY as many Law Enforcement Agencies in Mississippi’s
82 Counties of the Utica International Embassy! As of 07/27/2018, a copy of

(2) On 07/24/2018, the UIE’s IPM Newsome visited the Town of Utica, Mississippi’s MAYOR
KENNETH BROOME upon FIRST notifying him of the UNLAWFUL Roadblock that occurred
on 07/23/2018. Mayor Broome was advised of IMP Newsome’s preference to pick up her
Travel Documentation from him!
(3) On 07/25/2018, the UIE’s IPM Newsome followed up with the Town of Utica’s Mayor Kenneth
Broome to determine the STATUS of getting her Travel Documentation returned. Mayor
Broome advised Newsome that she would have to contact CHIEF MYLES – at the Utica Police
Department.
(4) On 07/25/2018, the UIE’s IPM Newsome contacted CHIEF TIMOTHY MYLES of the Town
of Utica, Mississippi’s Police Department demanding the return of her Travel Documentation.
Chief Myles REFUSED and DEMANDED that in order for Newsome to get her Travel
Documentation she must produce a CONTRACTED Driver’s License! Chief Myles was
advised that Newsome was NOT required to do so. It was during this call that Chief Myles
ABRUPTLY HUNG up on the Utica International Embassy’s Interim Prime Minister.
(5) On 07/25/2018, PRIOR to TRAVELLING and out concerns of the CONSPIRACIES that
the United States of America would LAUNCH to have the UIE’s IPM Newsome KIDNAPPED
so that she could be KILLED/MURDERED, correspondence was submitted by FACSIMILE
and/or EMAIL to the applicable USA Government Officials, STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
Government Officials and TOWN OF UTICA Government Officials, etc. As of 07/28/2018, a

(6) On 07/25/2018, while TRAVELING, the UIE’s IPM Newsome was AGAIN subjected to
TERRORIST and LIFE-THREATENING Attacks by a “BLACK” Ku Klux Klan Member
(Kerwin Stewart [sp]) DISGUISED in a Mississippi State Trooper Uniform! Newsome
PRIOR to being stopped was STALKED from approximately about the Interstate 55/Interstate
20 exchange (Gallatin Street Area) all the way around to Pearl Street/State Street area in the
CITY OF JACKSON, Mississippi. It appeared that the Mississippi State Trooper was trying to
get the UIE’s IPM to pull off of the Interstate in SUCH DANGEROUS and HIGH FAST
MOVING TRAFFIC! When the Mississippi State Trooper BEGAN FLASHING the vehicles
Headlights, the UIE’s IPM Newsome turned her HAZARD LIGHTS to acknowledge she sees
him and proceeded to exit the Interstate to a place she felt would be SAFE for her and another
Sovereign Citizen Travelling with her! Out of the abundance of SAFETY and CAUTION, the
UIE’s IPM Newsome proceeded to an area she to be SAFE TO STOP (Pearl Street and State
Street)! IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The Officer appeared to repeatedly try to FORCE the
UIE’s IPM Newsome off the road as she did her best to advise him of her efforts to stop where
it is SAFE! It was during this UNLAWFUL stop that UIE’s IPM Newsome was asked for
TRAVEL Documentation. Stewart was advised that the TOWN OF UTICA’s Police Department
had her Travel documentation.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: These UNLAWFUL stops are being done THROUGH the USE
OF DEADLY FORCE and/or WEAPONS wherein KLAN Members DISGUISED in Law
Enforcement Uniforms ARE ARMED with DEADLY WEAPONS (i.e. Guns, etc.). In fact,
Stewart THREATENED the LIFE, LIBERTIES, FREEDOMS, SOVEREIGNTY, etc. of
UIE’s IPM Newsome. The Mississippi State Trooper Department/Agency was advised through
Stewart that “THIS IS NOT A GAME” and that such “THREATS” by him are “NOT
TAKEN LIGHTLY!” Moreover, that the REPORTING of this stop will be submitted to the
appropriate Government Agencies (i.e. as the State of Mississippi’s GOVERNOR Office –
Governor Phil Bryant, etc.) A copy of this UNLAWFUL stop was RECORDED by Stewart [as
can be VISIBLY SEEN] and UIE’s IPM Newsome was able to record part as well; which (as of

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: How the Mississippi State Trooper/Stewart
was advised NOT to let UIE’s IPM Newsome speak/talk as he wanted
to CONTROL the conversation as he RECORDED! CRITICAL
FACTS needed in addressing the USA’s “STRAWMAN” Scams to
THREATEN the Lives, Liberties, Freedoms, Rights, Immunities,
SOVEREIGNTY of Citizens:
(i) ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of UIE’s IPM Newsome’s SOVEREIGN Rights;
(ii) ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of roads being “COMMERCIAL ROADS” – i.e. for
COMMERCIAL purposes – i.e. which was NOT being used by the UIE’s IPM
Newsome and other person Travelling ; and
(iii) ACKNOWLEDGMENT of TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION required; however,
Stewart did his BEST to keep UIE’s IPM Newsome from INFORMING him that she
has the proper TRAVEL Documentation.

NOT been contacted and NEITHER has the UIE’s Interim Prime Minister Vogel
Denise Newsome’s TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION been returned!

(STATE/FEDERAL/CITY/TOWN) Law Enforcement in that the following FACTS
CONSTITUTES Conspiracies to subject them to UNLAWFUL Kidnappings to be
KILLED/MURDERED! Our vehicles in which the UIE’s Officials/Citizens/Supporters
are TRAVELLING are EASILY INDENTIFIED by their UNIQUE PLATES and
proper TRAVEL DECAL, etc.! Because there is recorded evidence that the USA’s
(State/Federal/City/Town):
 Law Enforcement WILL STEAL TRAVEL DOCUMENTS of Utica International
Embassy Officials/Citizens/Supporters.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: As the World move forward towards PEACE and Nations/Countries in the
RESTORATION of their Lands/Properties, Governments, etc. we encourage them to take a GOOD LOOK at the FACTS
that have caused a GREAT DEAL of UNREST and INSTABLITY amongst Nations-Of-Color – i.e. the WHITE
