by Court Officials/Public Officials/Law Enforcement, etc. in the United States’ DESPOT Empire that the Utica International Embassy
CANNOT assist its Citizens/Supporters in matters before Courts in the United States. Such assumption is FALSE and the record of
the Courts WILL SUPPORT filings (by Sovereign Citizens that have been named as PARTIES in Court actions) in compliance
with NOT ONLY the Statutes/Codes of such Courts but IN COMPLIANCE with INTERNATIONAL Laws. Moreover, that under
