The proposed business plan is to establish a manufacturing unit, which manufactures
products (garments and accessories) specially designed for short- height people, who
aims to enhance their overall personality.
Brand name:- SSAP
(It’s the abbreviated form of designers group)
SPECIAL FEATURES OF THE BUSINESS IDEA
Use of elements of design such as lines, colour combinations, silhouettes which gives
illusion of height.
The products manufactured will have added features of handicraft works which are
specially practiced in Bihar such as Sujini, appliqué work, madhubani paintings, etc.
Appliqué works will be done by using the leftover fabrics after manufacturing of
garments.
This optimum use of fabrics will reduce the cost price of products which in turn will
increase the profit.
FEATURES OF SERVICES PROVIDED
There will be a store where the products of our manufacturing unit will be displayed.
We will provide service to our clients of overall styling which includes hair style,
makeup, and accessory suggestions.
We will also provide them counselling over how to build up a confident personality
and carry out themselves with positive attitude.
New Look not only develops the clothing line, but supports it with
advertising and promotion campaigns and the benefits to rural people
residing there.
LOCATION OF MANUFACTURING UNIT

The land will be provided by BIADA(Bihar Industrial Administrative Development
Authority).
LOCATION OF STORE
Boring Canal Road
(The location of the store has been identified in Boring Canal road, according to
our target customers.
This particular area is developing very fast and is in the process of becoming a
marketing hub as the stores like Reliance Trends and Pantaloons have recently
opened. )
FINANCE FOR ESTABLISHING MANUFACTURING UNIT AND THE STORE
The financial assistance will be acquired by taking loan from the bank and from the
family.
TARGET CUSTOMERS AND FUTURE BUSINESS PLAN
As specified above the target customers are short-height persons of age group 20
and above, especially youths.
In the beginning of the business, the target customer will be women only of age
group mentioned above.
When the business will get well established then according to the demand, the
business will be expanded and it will include men’s wear category also.
OTHER IDEAS FOR EXPANDING THE BUSINESS
Including new target customers i.e. men’s category
Further, along with the mass production we will also manufacture customised
products and accessories, whose targeted customers will be niche class people
