• Presently working at Jamshedpur - 1290TPD, which is an Air Separation Process Unit, dealing in cryogenic liquids &
continuous supply of Gases to TISCO.
• Managing Operation & Maintenance of different Analyzers, transmitters, control circuit & troubleshooting, PLC, DCS &
SCADA, SIEMENS, Yokogawa & Foxboro.
• Working on SAP-PM platform, risk & hazard measurement, PTW system for safe working environment, Contractor
management.
• Responsible for supervision/maintenance of daily activities which includes repair, calibration & preventative maintenance
of process instruments like transmitters, control valves, flow meters & gas analyzers of Air separation plants.
• Arranging joint calibration with customer & safety instrument system checking. Involved in modification & automation of
2500, 1290, 70, 35 TPD Air separation plant. Recording & implementation of engineering changes.
