YOUniversity is a career development program that meets monthly over eight months and requires completion of homework. It aims to help participants grow their career, expand their network, build strengths, and build a better version of themselves. Manager approval is needed to join, and participants must have a conversation with their manager by February 5th to determine if they are able to commit the required time and effort. The program has seen 43% of graduates find new roles after completing the 2015 series.
