• Bhadale IT is an engineering research startup based in Belgaum,
Karnataka state, India
• Company has presence in Toronto-ON, Dubai and Ireland
• Company is a planned diversification of Bhadale group (holding company)
of businesses’ currently dealing in retail and real estate
• Bhadale group has 25 acres of ready to use agri-farms
• Bhadale group has commercial space of 6,000 sq ft for development
• Company offers consultation / projects in areas of cutting edge
technologies, research outsourcing, and related engineering practices

 He holds his B.Eng, PG Diploma- IT Management and M.Tech degrees
 He comes from a diverse cultural background, visible minor, from East India
 He has served various industries for about two decades in various capacities
 In his career, he has played several roles like Assistant Engineer, Aeronautical
Engineer, IT Specialist, Program Architect & Director
 He has led a team of project managers for contracts- bidding and deals worth $1
billion
 Currently he is managing a startup with 6 Business Units, 15 divisions , various
programs that offer 100 innovative products & services
 He has drafted close to 300 company related documents for 7 key programs for
new age research areas
 He is a Professional Engineer and has memberships with PMI, INCOSE,
Engineers Australia, Australian Cost Engineering society, & AACEI
 He has managed, audited investments of about $500 million during his tenure
with MphasiS, an HP Company

4. Canadian ties
 He migrated to Canada in year 2012 and completed the post landing formalities
like obtaining SIN, Health card, Bank account and attending Government
sponsored trainings
 He returned to India in 2013 and has been managing his startup with
innovations
 He is leading a team in Canada and is working with various Universities,
research labs and offering solutions to various challenges
 He has mentored BS / MS students from US and EU and aware of the quality
standards and grading system
 He is keen to reestablish Canada as his home
 He has plans for sustainable economy growth of the country, be it agriculture,
medicinal plants, immunity boosters or anything else
 He has approvals from ICAS-ON, Engineers Canada, and has completed his
CLB level 7 assessment at YMCA,ON
 He plans to leverage his farmer family background in being self-reliant agro-
specialist, investing in real estate and betterment of Canadians
