Actively managing all new business which is $175,000 in monthly revenue and responsible for being the sole focal point for the key customers. This
includes creating new lines of business, delivering over $2.75 million revenue in 2016 and then responsible for creating the detailed communication
strategy for each customer account. Provided support for over 20 different customers ranging from $10,000 to $1 million per year, created and
processed on average 100 quotes and orders per day.
• Deliver world class strategic relationships and partnerships by communicating effectively and efficiently. This resulted in continually
growing business and increased overall customer satisfaction.
• Led a special project to create Industrial Accounts and grow smaller accounts by working with the IT department on updating our website
and making it easier for customers to order their supplies online. Supported 20 Account Managers in their daily customer accounts.
• Act as the Social Media Manager for the whole company which entails creating one cohesive social media campaign and gain the buy in of
the executive leadership team and whole sales organization. Manage and maintain the company Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn sites
which drove customer growth and public knowledge about Stellar. Responsible for research trends, writing & editing posts and publishing
documents.

Wayne, PA Executive Assistant – Athletic Department
Served as the Executive assistant responsible for the entire support of the Sports Information Director through direct support of their calendar and
managing of events and teams. This included creating the Sports Information Director’s schedule of meetings, travel, and media appearances;
creating and managing Eagle Club donator events, and managing a team of 10 individuals to run the game day video experiences.
• Created and worked the Alumni Golf tournament. This resulted in higher alumni participation in athletics by 40%, and raised $25,000 for
the university Athletic Department.
• Managed a social media/video media team which included; creating schedules for game day video teams, studies of trends in the
collegiate athletic world, and over-seeing posts on the social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat). This drove alumni and
current student participation, and was a platform that was used for community outreach to bring in fans for games, and to create
community involvement.
• Edited all videos that were to be used with Final Cut Pro X software, and gathered an extensive knowledge of videography using Canon
XF100 HD professional camcorders.
