The Central Casco I sector is located in the
Municipality Machiques de Perijá of the Zulia
State, Parroquia Libertad, being its limits: to
the North Sector San Benito, to the South
Sector Ranchería and Valley Frio, to the East
Sector Chideli, Central hull II and Bojorero
And to the West Sector the Island. It is
specified in the following figure:
The Central Casco I sector is comprised from
Sucre Street, opposite the Cathedral to La
Granja Street and Apón Avenue to General
Trías Avenue. Conformed by the Avenue:
Apón, Arts, Registry, General Trías and the
cross streets that are: Sucre, Bolívar,
Independencia, San
Martin, Union, Junín, La Marina, El Carmen,
Occidente, Vargas, Villapol and La Granja.

3. Historical Partner Dimension
The Central Helmet I, was the delimitation of an area of the
Municipality Machiques de Perija, where commerce had its
foundation and developed. According to Ortegas, et al.
(1995), The oldest information found on commercial houses
corresponds to the year 1927.
4. Socio-Political Dimension
The Organic Law of Communal Councils, article 2
defines:
"The communal councils, within the constitutional
framework of participatory and protagonist
democracy, are instances of participation,
articulation and integration between citizens,
citizens and the various community organizations,
social and popular movements that allow the
organized people to exercise community
governance and The direct management of public
policies and projects oriented to respond to the
needs, potentialities and aspirations of the
communities, in the construction of the new model
of socialist society of equality, equity and social
justice.
This community does not have a legalized
communal council is organized through groups
supported by the Communal Councils of the nearby
sectors such as the San Benito Community Council
and the Community Council Rancheria whose aim
is to consolidate the social needs that our society
requires for the Progress and development of our
citizens.

5. Educational Partner Dimension
The Casco Central I is structured in an organizational way and
qualified as apt for the community integration of its inhabitants from
the socio-educational point of view since, throughout its development
has been able to integrate many institutions that have been pillar
fundamental For the development and knowledge of the inhabitants
of the sector, hosting both semi-private and public institutions. Among
the institutions, educational and cultural spaces that exist in the
community are: U.E "Colegio Ntra. Señora del Carmen", Institute of
Special Education Perijá.
6. Socio-technological Dimension
Thanks to the number of commercial premises that exist in the
Central Casco I and the banking entities, in almost all the exist at
least one computer where they take the systems of invoicing, the
banking processes. In the same way the different telephone
companies have platforms for the distribution of lines and Internet for
the community.
It could be seen in the tour that most of the houses of the inhabitants
have private satellite television service and the rest have this service
under cable subscription. It should also be noted that the different
educational institutions located in the community such as La U.E.
"Colegio Ntra. Señora del Carmen" has the Canaima project.
