To whom it may concern:
Vicki Busseno has been an instrumental contributor to the Engineering Services division of the City of
Gainesville Public Works Department since joining. Vicki frequently volunteered for new assignments and
performed them with a high level of professionalism and skill. Frequently, Vicki assisted me with graphic
designs and event planning for public meetings.
In April, the division underwent a process improvement event to increase the production and efficiency of our
contributions to City public outreach publications. Vicki helped implement a new process in which she
compiled project status updates from a centralized database, edited for grammar and flow, provided to the
project managers for approval, and finalized formatting and submitted for inclusion in the release. The
Engineering Services division has tripled its production in this reporting function while reducing the required
effort from the Engineering staff.
