 Tracking of material & follow-up until delivery,
 Maintain proper and necessary safety and fire prevention equipment within stores as
prescribed by law,
 Correct unsafe conditions in work area and report any conditions that are not
correctable to supervisor immediately,
 Placing requirement of stores items to purchase dept.
 Preparing scrap materials disposal requests & follow up un till dispose,
 Create the shelf life materials monitoring chart with follow up to use before expire the
materials same to be intimated to project manager & purchase dept,
 Dept wise stacking materials with proper care & house keeping with safety,
 Prepare the non moving/unused materials list to send another projects,
 Communicate with purchase, finance, projects & vendors for related if queries.
