Objective
Seeking a position to use my legal knowledge and experience, organizational skills and public
speaking gift to advance the Kingdom and serve the United States of America.
Bar Memberships Admitted to the Virginia State Bar since 1995.
Legal Basileia Law LLC, Principal / Founding Attorney 1995 –
Experience General Practice with concentration in Estate Law, Family Law and Corporate Law.
Estate Law: I develop estate plans and help prepare individuals and their families for
death. I draft Wills, Trusts, Foundation Grants, and Special Needs Trusts. I guide
clients through the necessary decisions that will help bring peace and comfort to
their families at the time of their death.
Family Law: I assist and counsel families in crisis. My goal is to craft a legal pathway
that will lead toward possible restoration. When however restoration is currently
impossible, I work to bring about a legal result that is God honoring despite the catalytic
circumstances. Pastors refer 99% of my family law cases.
Corporate Law: I represent churches and non-profits throughout the Commonwealth. I
assist in their incorporation, provide counsel on their governing structure, oversee their
constitution and by-law development and provide an annual ministry risk assessment. I
guide non-profits through their 501(c)(3) application and resulting tax consequences. I
represent churches and non-profits before governing and municipal agencies.
Pre-Litigation Attorney – UnitedLex Legal Services October 2013- Present
I review corporate documents for relevance and privilege. I work to ensure compliance
with court orders pending trial. I redact corporate confidential information and give
special attention to documents produced in an attorney-client relationship for litigation.
My production and attention to detail has placed me in the top 10% of employees.

passing non-discrimination initiatives that indirectly favor the LGBT agenda. I served as
