Objectives
My career objective is to gain a position within the Networking sector of the Information Technology (IT)
support services. I would like to gain more exposure and experience in my chosen field, where I can use
what I have learned at CTU Training Solution.
I graduated in the following;
Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
Microsoft certified technology specialist (MCTS) -which is an International certification
Information Technology system support –Level 5
And Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
With My qualification and competence in mind, I would like to be part of a vibrant and dynamic IT team,

I completed a Learnership at ABSA Bank in 2009 in the Vehicle Financing department. My duties included
registering and deregistering of vehicles, liaising with clients and resolving any issues they might have had.

Job Title: Junior Environment Engineer
My duties include;
Setting up of the company’s entire network when we moved to new bigger offices.
This entailed the following:
- Worked with about 4km of cabling within the building for setting up the network for the business.
- Did crimping for the port panels in each office and work stations.
- Did the wiring for mobile and data configuring.
- Did the wiring on the server port panels connecting switches and routers in the server room as well.
- Installing HP switches to desks to give connection to internet to all work stations via cat6 with no
configuration needed because it was HP switches.
I was assigned as IT Support at MTN in Fairland’s, in the Middleware department. I dealt with SOA
on the Web logic servers where we had to maintain the system and do deployments on the system
on the SOA and OSB Environments, including Production. I also did Monitoring and checking of the
servers when on standby where we performed deployments after hours and monitored the Linux
System.
At currently based at EAI Head office and am responsible for monitoring, support and performing
maintenance function to the entire EAI Network Environment.
