Job Description:
Maintain up-to-date billing system.
Generate and send out invoices.
Follow up on payment collection against invoice.
Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
Verify and correct errors in bills and customer accounts.
Prepare and reconcile customer balances.
Follow up for outstanding / due payments with customer via phone, mail or personally.
Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other
irregularities.
Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
Generate age analysis.
Review AR aging to ensure compliance.
Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.

Assist accounts department in preparation of accounting records & Reconciliation .
Prepare MIS reports of accounts receivable- Monthly, Weekly & Daily in SAP system as
well as in Excel. i.e. Sales report, Outstanding report, Customer aging report, Unbilled sales report,
Penalty & other deduction report, On account/ Incomplete payment report & Daily payment
collection report.
