Project title: DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF GAS DEHYDRATION SYSTEM
USING SCADA.
Company: Trend Instrumentation and Automation Private Limited Chennai.
Objective:
My Project proposes to reduce manpower in Petrochemical industries and Achieve
Highest performance of Instrumentation process and plant process. According to this project
the Total process system monitored and Parameters are Measured and controlled.
Project Description:
• Gas dehydration is Process to remove moistures present in the natural gas. Here SCADA
Totally monitoring the every actions of dehydration process and also measure the Process
parameter as required places.
• These parameters are measured by sensors and transducers that are all selected by
Preparing Instrument Index Sheet, Instrument Data Sheet, Input/output list, Hookup
diagrams.
• The SCADA design process is done with the help of Process Flow Diagram and Piping and
Instrumentation diagram Symbols.
Software Description:
Software: Wonderware InTouch version 10.1 (SCADA Software)
The schematic model of Whole process is done by Wonderware InTouch SCADA
software.
All the Process components are picked in symbols factory and required places.
