Job Highlights:
 Manufactures products such as an actuator, control head, automotive
heater system, automotive sensors and power module mainly through
SMT technology.
 Shouldered responsibility as production supervisor: efficiently
troubleshoots technical issues and ensure to meet the daily production.
 Work is based on assembly techniques where the components are
mounted or placed directly onto the surface of printed circuit
boards(PCBs).
 SMT process involves PCB loader, screen printing, solder paste
inspection, component pick & place, reflow soldering oven,(AOI
process (after optical inspection) and visual and then PCB is
processed to through hole technology process where the PCB is
manually assembled.
 Maintains IPC standard for the PCB assembles.
 Proper monitoring of machines is essential criteria in each stage which
involves checking of programmes ,meeting with machine
specifications.
 Through hole technology process involves Wave soldering, manual
soldering, CT (in circuit testing),routing and FCT (function circuit
testing) and processed to final inspection of manufacturing process.
 Improved assembly process control by implementing routine thermal
profiling of reflow, wave solder and rework processes, which resulted
in a 40% reduction in touch up work.
 Understand and follow rules and guidelines regarding ESD, 5s and
safety.
 Responsible for making minor adjustments to the equipment.
 Responsible for the setup and operation of all SMT equipments
 Responsible for meeting quality assurance standards as set by industry
programs.

3. ACADEMIC PROJECT:
“HIGH SPEED LASER MATRIX DATA TRANSMISSION SYSTEM”
The main aim of this project is to transfer data at high speed using laser . Laser source
provides high directivity & there will be no chance of spreading & getting secured data
transmission. Laser matrix indicates that larger amount of data can be accommodated .
