2. INDUSTRIAL EXPOSURE:
MIKI STEELWIRES
 MIKI is a steel wire processing industry,which manufactures a wide range of
products like indented wires (3-8mm),stress relieved wires (3-7mm) 5ply wires
etc. During this industrial training different methods used to draw wires
depending upon the initial and final diameter of wire aspired was learnt , Die
making methods, Testing of drawn wires was learnt.
VOLVO CE PVT LTD
 Have done a project in VOLVO CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT, on AUTOMATIC
PRIMING SYSTEM for EXCAVATORS EC210 & EC290.
 Liquid pump cannot draw air until the feed line and pump the liquid hence this
requires pumping. An operator must introduce liquid into the system to initiate
pumping, this is priming of pump, in the EXCAVATOR assembly of EC210
,priming is done manually ,where in about 250 to 300 strokes had to be given by
him which would require a lot of force and time ,there for an automatic priming
system was thought and designed in solid edge, which consisted a
Ram,Spring,Cam,DC Motor for executing the same.
BOSCHINDIA
 Was working in project “CUSTOMER REJECTED FIP’S INVESTIGATION AND
ANALYSIS”.
 The internship was done under Quality maintenance department, during which the
working and construction of Fuel Injection Pumps, the process flow Tightness,
Phasing, Calibration, Overchecking, Packing was learnt .Also the function of the
deparment being to maintain the quality of products , investigation of the defective
products ,rectifying the problems and fixing it. I was involved in many case studies.
HINDUSTAN AERONAUTICS LTD (HAL)
 Underwent industrial training for a month and could learn the types of helicopters
that are manufactured here step by step, learnt practically how BERNOULIS
THEOREM could be applied.
 An exposure to the different types of lathe, drilling, milling ,gear cutting
machines CNC was given.

3. PROJECT
ISRO
“MATHEMATICAL MODELING FOR TOUCHDOWN STABILITY OF RIGID
LUNAR LANDER”
 Lander is a satellite which lands on the surface, hence its stability during the
landing stage is the given importance. Lander stability depends on many
parameters (Landing Techniques, Damping Systems, Velocities, Restitution, and
Frictional Conditions Etc.)The aim of the project was, detailed stability analysis on
all the parameters mentioned above.
 A mathematical model was developed for the stability of the 4 legged ,cantilever
type legged lander from a a certain height and various stability conditions were
arrived.” The equations were simulated in the ADAMS dynamic analysis software,
MATLAB was used to ease our calcultaions
