2. Plains or Lowlands are formed by rivers which bring sand and
silt from mountains , those sand and silt { alluvium } fill the
potholes and make those lands fertile . Fertile lands are good
for growing crops .And in picture , you can see that the land is
green because those lands were fertile . Land has more
populationbecause life is easy in land.
2. Mountains
3. These mountains are very big . It’s highest peak is covered
with snow throughout the year . If the mountain is old so it’s
short and it peak is blunt but if it’s new it’s peak is sharp and
pointed and is longer in compared to old mountains. when a
mountain become short so lava start coming out of mountain
and those mountainsare called volcanoes . the life is risky on
mountains .
3. Plateau
4. Plateau are too a type of a mountain but they are really
small and they are too rich for minerals. These plateau
containsmanymines. The top of a plateau is flat .
4. Hill
5. Hills are smallerthan the mountains and bigger than the
plateau .Here the vegetation is easy and as you can see that
it’s grass and trees every where . These hills are good for
tourism and oxygen is more .
5. Dessert
Dessert is really hot but it’s not necessary because ladakh is a
dessert but because of it’s altitude it is cold and freezed . A
very few plants grow there . It has less humid so it has less
rainfall. There are some oasis found in dessert where water is
available .
6. 6. Water bodies
Water bodies like rivers , oceans , etc. are made by mountains
because when the snow melt it forms glacier , than river than
ocean and then lakes and ponds . The places near these are
fertile and are green .
