road networks and structures in Italy.

planning has been covered by maintenance orders. Procurement

objects: RDA / Contract / ODA. The accounting treatment of costs
incurred (the work progress “SAL” called) has been implemented by
Service entree sheet, intermediate work advances (called WIP)
have been accounted for delta feed and split on several
maintenance items and then for KM. Precisely the accounting of the
maintenance costs for the individual Km stretch was the main aim
of the whole project .
Ursula led the cross- SAP FI functional team of 4 resources during
following phase:
• detection of process requirements
• features design contained in BBP document;
• definition of the graphic user interface with the design of some
data entry masks with VISIO
