Uniflex2K is a two component elastomeric, flexible, waterproof coating specifically formulated for
use on open terrace, water tanks, bathrooms and all the water retaining structures.
When applied with proper application method and with a thickness of ~2mm, it forms a long lasting
membrane which can be further secured by laying tiles or screed over it.
Under standard conditions 20Ltrs of Uniflex2K mixed with 40Kgs of white cement gives a coverage
of 28Sq m / 300 Sq ft and is very economical.
It gives a smooth white finish with Solar Reflectance Index of 94.
