4. INTRODUCTION
TREXM is a project delivery company with broad experience in the oil and gas
industry, FMCGs, Manufacturing industries and the power sector.
Our goal is to deliver a timely, cost-effective, innovative and sustainable
solutions to the satisfaction of our client’s requirements.
We have strategic technical relationships with selected OEMs including:

5. Scope of Work
The scope of work summary under this contract is as follows;
Technical Specification & Engineering Design of the Chemical Injection
Pumping Skid & Storage Unit.
Procurement of Instruments, Materials & Consumables per approved SoR.
Pre-fabrication, fabrication & acceptance testing of the skid.
Packaging & delivery to client base.
Delivery to site
Site hook-up, Installation & Commissioning
Operation & Maintenance Training
Procurement of materials not covered in the BOQ

6. PROJECT EXECUTION PLAN
TREXM’s strategy will be to utilize its in-house experience and selected OEM
support for a seamless project delivery which will include the following:
Detailed scope definition & MDR sign-off.
Early order placement for Long Lead Items.
SIMOP approach to Engineering, Procurement & other Pre-fabrication
activities.
Conformance to WAEP and TREXM’s QSHSE policies, requirements and
best industry Stds. throughout project execution.
Effective communication & interface with WAEP throughout project
duration via DCC channel, routine meetings, reports, etc.
Proactive MOC through WAEP’s approved DCC protocol.
Close-out Report/Documentation.
