2. Message from ASPRI-IPI
On behalf of the Association of Process Industry - Institute of
Process Industry (“ASPRI-IPI”), it is our pleasure to have you
attending the course/visit today.
To ensure your personal safety and comfort during the course/visit,
allow us to share with you some administrative matters.

3. Emergency response
Step 1:
When the alarm is raised, a pre-recorded announcement will inform all
occupants to remain calm while the emergency response team
investigate the situation.
Step 2:
When the 2nd alarm is raised, an announcement will be made to inform
all occupants to evacuate to the nearest staircases and assemble at
the Assembly Area at the ground floor.

your trainers and peers.
If you need to pick up the call, please proceed
outside the class (even if it’s your WIFE calling!)
Please note that all the classrooms and common
areas are monitored by CCTV.
Relax… Toilets are excluded.

Should you notice of a fire or any other emergency,
look for the nearest manual call point and raise
the alarm.

12. are NOT allowed to be consumed in the
classrooms, please eat at the trainee’s refreshment
area at 3rd level or canteen at 1st level.
